Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects within the semiconductor and/or biopharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams through all project phases—from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management for semiconductor cleanrooms, biopharma manufacturing suites, laboratories, or related technical facilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage expectations, communications, and change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and validation specialists.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP, FDA, EMA, SEMI S2/S8) and safety protocols.
• Monitor project financials, track expenditures, forecast costs, and report variances to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate design reviews, constructability assessments, and commissioning/qualification activities (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and documentation practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities and/or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success managing $10M+ capital projects from initiation to closeout.
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Cleanroom design/construction (ISO Class 5–8)
  • Utility systems (WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, BMS)
  • Regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR Part 11/211, EU GMP Annex 1, ICH Q9)
  • Validation and qualification protocols (CSV, C&Q)
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration platforms.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required by project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience with modular/prefabricated construction in high-tech facilities.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL) in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of digital project delivery tools (BIM, 4D/5D scheduling).
