Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Coordinate the activities of multiple divisions and departments to meet project objectives, driving consensus decisions among stakeholders and team members.

-Work under general guidance from a manager to establish project plans, and execute and coordinate multiple complexes, cross‑functional projects.

-Ensure project teams follow all applicable processes and established project management standards.

-Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze accurate metrics and project tracking records—including time reporting, schedules, financials, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. Provide trend insights to management and own an accurate assessment of project deliverables to help teams meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

-Promptly identify project performance issues. Anticipate, track, and help mitigate project‑related risks.

-Present and communicate effectively with executive leadership, internal teams, stakeholders, and customers on project status, decisions, and risks.

-Identify opportunities for improvements to project processes and lead efforts to design, test, and implement enhancements.

-Serve as a primary customer‑facing representative, communicating directly with end users through email, meetings, updates, and critical conversations regarding expectations, challenges, timelines, and risks.

-Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers by providing clear communication, proactive updates, and consistent follow‑through.

-After training, independently own a portfolio of projects, serving as the primary point of contact and managing your own responsibility center of work.

-Collaborate closely with fellow Project Managers to load balance workloads, share resources, and support team‑wide success.

-Work within a collaborative PMO where Project Managers have ownership of their processes and the ability to recommend and implement changes.

-Initiate and run small, reversible experiments to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.

-Identify, design, and implement scalable processes to support rapid organizational and PMO growth, including teams expanding by more than 50%.

-Partner with fellow PMs to develop and evolve standard methodologies, templates, communication patterns, and cross‑functional workflows.

-Mentor others and, as needed, lead or supervise team members.

-Model, teach, and follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World‑Class Manufacturing principles.

-Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

-Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience in a professional setting (PM Level I)

-Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience and 4 years of direct experience in coordinating projects (PM Level II)

-Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience and 8 years of direct experience in coordinating projects (PM Level III)

-Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Moderate level of business acumen related to budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting

-Ability to manage project problems requiring creativity and ingenuity

-Ability to learn technical concepts

-Excellent writing, documentation, and speaking skills
-Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
-Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
-Background check results satisfactory to SEL
-Negative drug test result(s)

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.

-Pay range for PM Level I is $29.16-$43.10 per hour

-Pay range for PM Level II is $36.56-$54.03 per hour

-Pay range for PM Level III is $86,700-$128,100 per year
