About the Team 

Our teams are structured in inclusive, collaborative squads comprised of professionals from various backgrounds and skill sets. Each squad includes a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev Lead, Developers, and Testers. This structure encourages strong connections and empowers everyone to contribute their unique perspectives, working together to achieve shared goals. 

About the Role 

The Project Manager leads and coordinates multiple projects, ranging from simple to moderately complex, with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with colleagues across product development, including Market Vertical, Product Management, Engineering, and more. Key responsibilities include developing project road maps, managing schedules, and collaborating with teams to resolve challenges across different business units. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage several projects annually, adapting approach based on their scope and complexity. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures throughout the Product Development process. 

  • Define performance parameters and create regular progress reports. 

  • Work with resource managers to coordinate project resources and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 

  • Conduct data analysis related to project tasks, request and review resource allocation. 

  • Maintain accountability for project schedules and deliverables. 

  • Communicate project status clearly, including any schedule changes and possible solutions. 

  • Recommend improvements to processes and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements 

  • Formal project management training or certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent experience) is preferred but not required—relevant experience will be considered. 

  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies with experience in process improvement, negotiation, data analysis, and understanding of organizational regulations. 

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio is a plus. 

  • Ability to coordinate teamwork and resolve issues in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver key initiatives. 

  • Experience managing projects of varying sizes and durations, adaptable to changing organizational needs and priorities. 

  • Ability to collaborate with others in IT management roles to achieve shared results, Professionalism, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple projects and priorities. 

  • Strong organizational, time management, and change management skills across teams and departments. Ability to delegate and reprioritize as needed. 

  • Problem-solving skills, including leading teams to identify and address complex issues, and communicating findings effectively. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting information to a wide audience, including clients and senior management, using various communication methods.
