Are you someone who can:
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Oversee project resources including people, procurement, systems, time, and financials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparent project reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Lead indirect teams by setting clear performance standards, providing context, and guiding process adherence.
Ensure delivery meets predefined quality standards, SLAs, and project plans.
Apply governance frameworks and compliance procedures to proactively identify and manage risks.
Contribute to budget planning and monitor resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Assist in developing and executing change management plans to support adoption and minimize resistance.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with agreed methodologies and audit requirements.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in project management, preferably within financial services or rewards programmes.
Strong experience in senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification advantageous.
