Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development projects from intake through launch. In this role, you will independently manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope. You will also mentor Associate Project Managers (APMs), driving alignment across teams and reinforcing adoption of the Product Development Process (PDP).

This position is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leading complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results that drive business impact.

What you'll do

  • Lead assigned product development projects from concept through launch, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation using Smartsheet.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones, dependencies, and action items are completed on time.
  • Lead regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively to maintain schedule adherence and launch readiness.
  • Supervise and mentor Associate Project Managers, assigning workstreams and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Support professional development and ensure consistent quality in project execution across the PMO team.
  • Review deliverables and guide APMs in maintaining accurate tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, etc.) to align on project scope, priorities, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate clear communication across stakeholder groups and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build trust and collaboration across teams to ensure strong cross-brand alignment.
  • All other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint; experience with PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Working knowledge of product development processes (PDP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
