Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will be responsible for the execution of orders and projects (management commercially) including cost management, claims, revenue planning, cash flow and coordination of all teams for technical issues, execution, delivery, quality, risk management, Health and Safety, payment etc.

  • You will be in the execution of warranties or failures as part of the project together with customer and all other Service departments and feeder factories or other Service Centers.

  • You will support Project Meetings and negotiations with customers (internal & external), such as FAT, Kickoff Meetings, Customer Trainings, Closing Meetings, Sales activities such as up sales, changing orders, together with Sales, Controlling, Legal etc.

  • You will optimize projects towards cost, Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, COPQ, Payments & Overdue also collect feedback from customers (NPS Process).

  • You will develop project schedules and freeze with respective stakeholders (internal and external) and storage of all projects related data in organized and compliant storage system.

  • You will be coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals, problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex also as the first point of contact to the customer, you ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication.

  • You will be responsible for the successful execution of our diverse troubleshooting cases starting with the custom-er inquiry until the successful completion of site works (leakages, flashovers, broken and more).

  • Your tasks include the management of changes to reduce products’ risk and roll out the countermeasure work for related products.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical).

  • Team operation skill to proceed troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
