The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will maintain order input and delivery check the statement of account and make an AR letter to the customer.
2. You will check the project margin and find the gap and file archiving.
3. You will maintain daily material purchasing order releasing, PO acknowledgment, and delivery follow-up to ensure OTD & production requirements.
4. You will find a solution to control raw material inventory.
5. You will manage aging material including open PO analysis and handle.
6. You will maintain material MRP master data in SAP and ensure stock accuracy in SAP.
7. You will maintain material exceptional message handle (reschedule-in/ reschedule-out/cancel process) and handle COGI.

Your background
1. You hold a master’s degree or above with >3 years, preferred major in law, international trade.
2. Commercial/Project Management/ Planning experience in industries.
3. Good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions.
4. Good understanding of project analysis.
5. Proficient in office software such as Excel word.
6. Have financial knowledge and understand financial account work.
7. Familiar with enterprise management software such as ERP or SAP.
8. Fluent in English writing & speaking.
