Job Scope: Generally responsible for performing all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering project assignments ensuring total delivery of the services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage capital projects from inception to completion following the project management workflow.
Responsible and accountable to develop project budget and schedule
Qualify bids and respond to RFIs
Develop technical documents, such as scopes of work, equipment specifications, etc.
Provide regular updates to internal customers
Ensure project success through commissioning and manufacturing integration
Ensure the receival of as-built drawings, operating, and maintenance manuals
Ensure equipment maintenance plans are developed as part of projects
Manage multiple contractors and contracts
Ensure project and contractor safety compliance
Support reporting of projects to management
Support continuous improvement of the project management system
Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Makes sense of complex, high quality, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Ensures working knowledge of competencies as defined in ISO 14001 (current version), IATF 16949 (current version), and ISO 17025 (current version)

Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification: Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial environment supporting engineering and Capital project management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Be comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience managing and coordinating contractors to ensure timely completion of jobs
Experience with project and process documentation
Certified Project Management Professional preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Project software
Familiarity with SharePoint database
Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures.
Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.
Knowledge and application of company engineering standards and project controls tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management.
Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments.
