Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, encompassing various domains such as People Services , HR , Finance and supply chain.

  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

  • Partner with workstream leads to define and track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, CoE's business units, and vendors.

  • Conduct regular project status review meetings, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates on project progress, risks, etc

  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control.

  • Implement the REPM framework for all projects

  • Drive CORE and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards throughout project delivery.

  • Conduct after action reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and apply them to future projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. PMP certification is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a GBS or shared services organization.

  • Experience in successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
