As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

  • Sales Support: Provide necessary product knowledge training and support to the sales team, especially VBP & Big deal projects, collaborate with sales, app, and R&D teams, provide tender documents and professional technical support.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth progression of products from concept to launch.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor product performance, analyze sales data and customer feedback, and adjust product strategies in a timely manner to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Clinical development: The collection of feedback from clinical users and the dissemination of advanced technologies, in collaboration with customers, drive the clinical value and promotion of product technology, ensuring the maintenance of a technological edge.
  • Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop actionable long-term and short-term product strategies, ensuring that products meet market demands and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and relay feedback to the product development team.

    Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
