🧙 Who Are We Looking For?

Our future teammate is:

• Experience: min 8 years
• Languages: English is our working language. Dutch and/or French are not mandatory, but they will help you be closer to some colleagues and navigate nuances more effectively—especially when things get complex.
• 🧠 Structured by nature, with top‑notch organization and reporting skills
• 🗣️ A natural communicator, equally at ease with tech profiles and business stakeholders
• 🌞 Diplomatic and solution‑oriented, you keep discussions constructive, focus on outcomes, and bring positive energy—even when things get tricky
• 🧭 Autonomous but collaborative, you don’t need hand‑holding, but you like teamwork
• 🧐 Detail‑sharp, without losing sight of the bigger picture

• 🌱 A quick learner, adept at picking up new content

Your technical toolbox (must‑have, not superhero‑level):

• Project & reporting tools: Jira, Smartsheet and/or MS Project, advanced Excel
• BI & dashboarding: Power BI or similar, KPI logic, basic data modeling
• Tech & automation: working knowledge or deep understanding of SQL, Python, APIs or low‑code tools (enough to speak fluent “developer” and challenge solutions when needed; insight in software development cycle and methodology)
