Lead and manage interior and fit-out projects across multiple sites, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and on-time execution.

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of interior & fit-out projects — planning, design review, procurement, construction, and handover.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive progress on-site.

  • Oversee reporting, MoM, documentation, risks, variations, and ensure full EHS & regulatory compliance.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/M&E Engineering, or related field.

  • 4–7 years’ experience in project management, especially delivering interior/fit-out projects (corporate office, retail, or banking preferred).

  • Strong technical understanding of drawings, materials, MEP coordination, and construction methods.

  • Excellent stakeholder, contractor, and client management skills with strong communication.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
