About the Role:
Lead end-to-end delivery of interior & fit-out projects — planning, design review, procurement, construction, and handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive progress on-site.
Oversee reporting, MoM, documentation, risks, variations, and ensure full EHS & regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/M&E Engineering, or related field.
4–7 years’ experience in project management, especially delivering interior/fit-out projects (corporate office, retail, or banking preferred).
Strong technical understanding of drawings, materials, MEP coordination, and construction methods.
Excellent stakeholder, contractor, and client management skills with strong communication.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
