About the role:
We are seeking an experienced data scientist who can translate complex data into clear, compelling business stories using advanced machine learning algorithms, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to convert analytical outcomes into insights that influence executive decision‑making and drive measurable business impact.
What you will be doing
· Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and documentation.
· Drive PMO governance, reporting, and tracking.
· Gathering requirements and building project plan.
· Leverage Copilot for documentation, insights, and workflow automation.
· Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
· Manage end‑to‑end program and project governance for data analytics, BI, and data science initiatives.
· Coordinate across data scientists, BI developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
· Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue logs for analytics programs.
· Support prioritization and intake of analytics requests aligned to business value and strategic goals.
What you bring:
· 2+ years of PMO or project management experience preferably within Data, BI, or Analytics teams.
· Strong working knowledge of Power BI for reporting, tracking, and executive communication.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms (Lakehouse, pipelines, analytics workloads)
· Understanding of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
