You will grow into a subject matter expert for programs, partnering with product, commercial, and engineering to ensure we balance customer experience (quality, depth of features, etc.) with speed of delivery. You’ll work diligently to meet timelines, mitigate risks, and use data to drive your decisions. You’ll make sure you get the right input from Engineers to make the right decisions.

  • Assist in influencing teams and stakeholders to align with program goals.
  • Escalate issues when necessary, under the guidance of senior TPMs.
  • Contribute to trade-off decisions, especially as they pertain to immediate program needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical program management role, or equivalent experience working closely with engineering teams.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the willingness to learn and improve.
  • Familiarity with engineering processes and the ability to engage in discussions with engineers.
  • An interest in architectural concepts and a willingness to learn more.
  • Exposure to working with multiple teams or projects in a collaborative environment is a plus.
  • Eagerness to grow and develop in the role with mentorship from senior TPMs and engineers.
