About the Role 

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support key initiatives within our executive leadership team. This individual will play a central role in coordinating priorities, driving alignment across cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless execution of executive-level initiatives. 
 
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple high-impact deliverables with limited oversight. This position requires a combination of project management discipline, executive judgment, and a strong ability to anticipate needs and connect the dots across teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and coordinate executive-level projects, ensuring timely completion of action items, deliverables, and leadership reviews. 

  • Drive weekly operating rhythms, including preparing materials, follow-ups, and cross-functional updates for executive meetings. 

  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, and Procurement to track progress against strategic priorities. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, summaries, and communications that enable leadership visibility into key initiatives. 

  • Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, and executive correspondence. 

  • Manage scheduling, project timelines, and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders. 

  • Anticipate information and resource needs, proactively resolving issues before they reach leadership. 

  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive-level support. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with proven ability to manage competing demands. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar). 

  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professional presence.
