WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- The primary job scope is ANSC’s Global Logistics supply chain. Because Global Freight and Distribution is an integral part of global transformation, the job must lead and represent Logistics and coordinate SME representation at the global ANSC level.
- Make a leading contribution to the success of ANSC’s ERP transformation. As an SME, bring expert insight into developing the global future state of ANSC’s business processes. Focusing on international supply chain, involve, educate and organize/oversee work for a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the ERP solution. Identify difficulties or obstacles to success and escalate for resolution.
- ERP transformation initiative relies strongly on this role in its work to deliver a well-designed and well-integrated global solution, with a high degree of stakeholder knowledge and buy-in.
- This role therefore makes an essential contribution to the efficient use of resources during the ERP transformation, and to achieving high-performing business processes in the future state
- Consulting applicable SOP’s/One Point Lessons for all job tasks carried out, ensuring full understanding and adherence to the SOP / One Point Lessons
- This is an influential, subject-matter-expert (SME), position in transformative effort to consolidate and upgrade its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Understand current-state business processes and envisage how they are to be redesigned to fit in the future-state ERP system, fully considering business and stakeholder requirements
- Provide input as an SME to the global ERP design
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, document and solve the business requirements of the international supply chain as they pertain to the ERP system. Write and/or contribute to the development of Key Decision Documents aligned with stakeholder needs
- Provide support, training and project insight to local SMEs and other resources working on the ERP transformation in the region
- Creates and delivers program review presentations to senior leadership
- ANSC IT Software Ownership and managing system providers relationships
WHAT KIND OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ international logistics industry experience, in a Distribution/Warehousing operations, Import/export, transportation and Inventory Management
- A demonstrated track record in managing, involving and influencing stakeholders in complex (preferably including international) environments
- Fluent English language skills both oral and writing
The base pay for this position is
$99,300.00 – $198,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
