Job Role Description
Drive end-to-end delivery of projects within budget, schedule and scope
Guide project/service teams on a wide variety of complex problems including the scheduling and prioritization of common or external resources
Ensure project/service activities of every sub-team of the project are clearly monitored, documented and updated on timely basis
Work closely with both customers, internal business units and external partners to ensure successful project/service roll-out that meets customers’ requirements
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, project management office and customers
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans
Key Qualifications:
At least a Degree holder in IT, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
At least Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certified
At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and Cyber Security projects
Have strong analytical and organizational skills to delegate tasks, motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
Able to work independently and resourceful in getting support to complete task on hand
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross functional teams; rather over-communicate than under-communicate
Have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
Team Player, critical thinking, self-motivated and excellent attention to detail (what-if
nature)
Experience in SI (system integrator) environment is advantage
Having cyber security certification i.e. Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) etc is advantage
