This position will include functioning as the PM for 1-2 capability workstreams tasked with several initiatives that are being executed in parallel with the objective of delivering functionality in a modular and agile cadence to meet the business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
· Empowering the team to self-organize/self-manage, including Capability Leaders, Stakeholders and Technical Resources.
· Scheduling and facilitating team meetings, including daily/weekly check-ins, stakeholder meetings, project planning, etc.
· Providing input to a cross-divisional, cross-platform organization on how best to utilize our structure and tools to maximize efficiency and results.
· Leading the team through project planning to gain consensus as to what can be achieved.
· Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
· Identifying and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
· Working with the Capability Leads to track timelines, budget and scope.
Qualifications:
• Required:
o Bachelor’s Degree
o 6-8 years IT experience
o 6+ years’ experience in Digital Project Management
o 6+ years working on software development products / agile methodologies
o Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
o Strong relationship and organizational skills
o Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Preferred:
o Demonstrated skill and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
o Experience working with international colleagues and/or development partners
o Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff
o Experience working with agile teams
o Use of ServiceNow Project Management (SPM), Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
