Project Manager
Position Objective
(What is the purpose of the role?)
Manage and deliver end‑to‑end projects for strategic and transformation initiatives. Play a key role in generating business value by applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve both project and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation, alignment, and execution of projects aligned with the company’s strategy.
Support and influence projects, product owners, leaders, and sponsors by defining the appropriate methodology from initiation to successful closure.
Monitor and control the entire project portfolio and initiatives, fostering alignment across departments and building positive cross-functional relationships.
- Promote and influence continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain effective change management as organizational needs evolve.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results, including evaluation of team member performance and benefits realization.
Technical Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance,Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken required).
Experience
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
Technical Knowledge & Certifications
- Project Management expertise (PMP certification preferred, not required).
- Agile Frameworks, especially SCRUM (Agile/SCRUM certification preferred).
- Change Management methodologies.
- Risk Management practices.
- Strong understanding of project governance and project lifecycle management tools.
- Experience using project management platforms such as:
- Jira
- Asana
- MS Project
- (or similar PM tools)
- Strong business analysis capabilities and familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Deep understanding of business processes within the organization.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer‑orientation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
