Project Manager

Position Objective
(What is the purpose of the role?)
Manage and deliver end‑to‑end projects for strategic and transformation initiatives. Play a key role in generating business value by applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve both project and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, alignment, and execution of projects aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Support and influence projects, product owners, leaders, and sponsors by defining the appropriate methodology from initiation to successful closure.
  • Monitor and control the entire project portfolio and initiatives, fostering alignment across departments and building positive cross-functional relationships.
  • Promote and influence continuous improvement processes.
  • Maintain effective change management as organizational needs evolve.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assess results, including evaluation of team member performance and benefits realization.

Technical Requirements & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance,Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
  • Languages

    • Fluent English (written and spoken required).

    Experience

    • 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

    • Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and executive teams.

    Technical Knowledge & Certifications

    • Project Management expertise (PMP certification preferred, not required).
    • Agile Frameworks, especially SCRUM (Agile/SCRUM certification preferred).
    • Change Management methodologies.
    • Risk Management practices.
    • Strong understanding of project governance and project lifecycle management tools.
    • Experience using project management platforms such as:
      • Jira
      • Asana
      • MS Project
      • (or similar PM tools)
    • Strong business analysis capabilities and familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
    • Deep understanding of business processes within the organization.
    • Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret complex data.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer‑orientation and stakeholder‑management skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

    Preferred Industry Experience

    • Experience in financial services is preferred.
