General Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bringing solutions/opportunities
• Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Assists in performing risk management to minimize project risks
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Willingness to be onsite or hybrid in Burlington, VT required
A university degree in technical field (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
2+ years experience leading projects for an OEM required
PMP certificate or 5+ years experience as a project manager preferred
SW, MS Project, or other project management platform experience required
Demonstrated technical background in power conversion systems required
Demonstrated ability to create new and/or refine processes focused on efficiency and growth of business required

Base Salary Range:
$81,600.00 - $112,200.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
