Prismastraat 3 Nootdorp NL Full time

Job Description

Are you ready to play a key role in a global Operational Excellence initiative?

Fugro is launching the Solab Onboard Tracker across all service lines of Marine Site Characterisation (MSC) and Marine Asset Integrity (MAI), and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead a crucial data‑focused rollout phase. In this temporary 9–12‑month assignment, you take the lead in consolidating, cleaning, and standardising certification and training records worldwide, ensuring our teams are ready for the Certificate Module going live in Q4 2026.

If you excel at organising complex data, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and driving progress in a fast‑moving international environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on Fugro’s global operations.

Your role

  • You collect, consolidate, standardise, and cleanse certification and training data across all MSC and MAI locations, ensuring data privacy compliant compliant processes;

  • You prepare validated data for upload into a central secure repository and align formats with Workday and Onboard Tracker requirements;

  • You coordinate with HR teams, access managers, and technical teams to ensure system readiness for the MVP and future modules;

  • You develop and manage the full project plan, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies;

  • You engage regional stakeholders to secure timely, accurate data inputs and maintain strong cross‑functional communication;

  • You ensure a highly organised, independent approach to delivering a once‑off, large‑scale data preparation project;

  • You bring proven project management experience, ideally in data migration or digital system rollout, with strong knowledge of workforce data, certifications, and HR systems such as Workday.

Your track record

  • You have a BSc. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, data Management or relevant discipline and preferably hold a PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification;

  • You have experience managing operations and workforce planning in a geo-data discipline;

  • You have proven project management experience, ideally including data migration or digital system implementation, with the ability to independently deliver a one‑off project from start to finish;

  • You have strong understanding of workforce data, certification and training records, and familiarity with systems such as Workday (or similar HRIS);

  • You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to coordinate global teams and ensure consistent data standards;

  • You are highly organised, detail‑focused, and skilled in managing complex datasets across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance (incl. GDPR), and data quality;

  • You have the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (Operational Excellence, HR, IT) and manage project plans, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

What Fugro offers

  • A diverse and inclusive working environment;

  • A competitive salary;

  • 29 holidays per year based on a fulltime employment (of which 4 are appointed by Fugro management) and the possibility to purchase 12 additional days;

  • Extensive career & training opportunities both nationally and internationally;

  • Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home in accordance with your manager and corporate policies;
