Position Summary: Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site or campus. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various projects related to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements. Apply project management skills to handle a variety of projects with different sizes and complexities relating to tenant improvements. Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, project management team, clients, owners, and others.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering projects using strong knowledge of construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, high volume project environment managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client’s goals and expectations.
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project team (as applicable) at conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases of project.
- Develop and maintain master project budgets as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
- Create and develop master project schedules and manage performance against baselines meeting all scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple concurrent active projects.
- Be an active leader in cost saves/avoidance and perform negotiations and value engineering.
- Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
- Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client on costs and impacts.
- Maintain high quality standards of work performance by adhering to required tracking and monitoring of all data metrics and KPIs.
- Strive constantly to improve skill and work knowledge; keep up to date in the field of specialization.

- Ability to travel (locally, regionally, and nationally) 30% of the time.
Education:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management preferred.
Important Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience with multiple concurrent projects required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects across building types.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
