Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects successfully, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project management, Scrum leadership, and tools-driven project tracking.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
- Have Scrum Master experience
- Hands-on experience with project management tools:
- Jira / Confluence
- MS Project / MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Trello / Asana / Monday.com (or similar tools)
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting skills
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery
Nice-to-Have Skills / Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Lean Six Sigma / PMI-ACP or other process improvement certifications
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master where required
- Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and project schedules
- Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $110,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
