Commercial Enablement in Marine brings together Sales Excellence, Pricing Excellence and Business Development, working across regions and functions to strengthen commercial capabilities, improve efficient commercial execution and accelerate growth & value creation in Hempel’s marine segment.
As a project manager within marine commercial enablement, your work will have a direct link to the execution of our marine strategy and enabling our commercial operating model.
You will lead and support projects linked to our Must‑Win Battles, strategic commercial priorities, and capability-building initiatives to help our commercial teams succeed. This role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and disciplined project execution in a complex international environment.
