As the Project Manager, you have experience working in a professional services environment, lead various project solutions for clients with direct accountability of the project deliverables are met according to the timelines and standards established. You’re good at building strong relationships with your clients and managing their expectations. You have a keen eye for detail, have superior organizational skills and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.
In this role, you will…
Ensure the quality completion of projects on time and within the allocated budget.
Ability to build rapport with clients and brokers to ensure project scope is communicated fully and deliverables are communicated.
Strong communication skills with both internal staff members, external clients and vendors with a proven ability to multi-task.
Manage multiple projects in various locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and completion.
May facilitate project meetings and issue project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
Handle and assist with change requests to determine the impact of the scope of the projects as well as budget, schedule and manage the quality and risk.
Create, maintain, and monitor a detailed project schedule, incorporating actual start/finish dates and provide timely and accurate updates.
You are successfully able to prioritize your time and work on changing priorities while maintaining a professional attitude and calm demeanor.
What you’ll bring
3+years' project management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field and appropriate experience managing construction projects.
Working familiarity with proposal writing, analytical reviews, estimating and interiors.
General understanding of construction drawings.
Ability to travel to various property/construction locations in suburbs/downtown.
Self-starter personality, ability to handle criticism and work well with limited direction.
Knowledge of financial terms and principles and complete basic financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint. Sharepoint and Outlook).
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $112, 796 to $ 121,367

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
