Are you passionate about driving innovation in clinical research and digital health? As a Project Manager, Digital Operations (known internally as a Digital Operations Manager, band 6), you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge technologies to life—supporting smarter patient recruitment, streamlined site operations, and high-impact clinical trial delivery.
In this role, you won’t just manage projects, you’ll help shape how digital solutions transform the clinical research landscape.
This position is a remote role for the East Coast US or Brazil.
What You’ll Do
Lead with impact: Own and drive key project management activities that support cross-functional teams delivering digital health solutions (e.g., patient screeners, CTMS, eSource platforms).
Bring structure to innovation: Build, maintain, and evolve project plans to ensure seamless execution across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Be the connector: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward.
Tell the story: Develop clear, insightful project reports and status updates that keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
Drive financial clarity: Support project financial management through analysis, tracking, and collaboration with functional leads.
Make execution happen: Synthesize inputs from across teams to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
Champion compliance: Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and project-specific requirements.

The annual salary range estimated for this position i North Carolina is $75,000- 120,000 USD. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
