How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
As our new Project Management Consultant, you’ll primarily lead Schools Infrastructure projects while gaining opportunities to diversify across major health and large-scale infrastructure projects. You’ll partner with clients to solve complex challenges, deliver value, and shape the future of community infrastructure.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

• Lead planning, procurement, and delivery of projects $25M+

• Administer GC21 (or similar) contracts with a focus on compliance and performance

• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve streamlined outcomes

• Manage project cost, schedule, and risk with transparency and precision

• Provide clear reporting to internal and client leadership teams

• Foster strong engagement and communication across all phases

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging problems and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 6-8 years’ experience in Project Management

• Experience planning and/or delivery of Schools Infrastructure (SINSW or similar) projects; experience across TAFE, HINSW, private health, private schools, or broader infrastructure is highly regarded

• A strong understanding of GC21 or equivalent contract administration

• The ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to creating a lasting positive impact
