The opportunity:
The Project Manager – Case management at INOPC will be a member of PGSV – 2826 team and will support and further strengthen our growing team in the digital Service. You will successfully manage entire case management to define a proper solution for stakeholders and customers. From beginning to end of the case you confidently represent the interests of Hitachi Energy towards our customers. It is our goal to continuously improve our results and to offer excellent commercial and technical solutions.
How you'll make an impact:
You will be responsible for the successful execution of our diverse cases starting with the customer inquiry until the successful completion of site works.
After taking over the case, you will arrange for the project team with members from the required disciplines and ensure that each member completes the assigned tasks and work packages according to the project plan which you created.
During the project execution, you will define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time delivery of our products.
In case of deviations, you will proactively initiate the appropriate actions to bring the case back on track.
As the first point of contact with the customer you ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication.
With your commercial experience you will successfully manage the contract with the customer and support the selection of suppliers for special products.
Your tasks include the management of changes in scope of delivery and the active increase of revenue and project margin as well as the reduction of project risks.
You will be responsible for regular project reporting to management and whenever you see improvement potential in your project or in the general project execution you share your knowledge with the team.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a degree in BTech.
5 years of experience in product troubleshooting/Case management.
At least 2 years of experience in project management.
Proven track record in managing service contracts.
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tool.
Effective communication skills (for customer handling), Strategic planning & organisation skills with proficiency in English (speaking & writing).
