The Opportunity:

  • Join a nimble, mission-focused engineering team driving innovation to the warfighter.

  • Own full product development lifecycle — from concept and design through factory delivery.

  • Work across cutting-edge SIGINT, RF, and communications hardware programs.

  • Be the connective tissue between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive product development efforts across multiple concurrent programs.

  • Maintain engineering project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues across projects.

  • Review and communicate changes to system-level and unit-level BOMs.

  • Manage and update complex product documentation (BOMs, Requirements, Status).

  • Coordinate planning and procurement with cross-functional teams.

  • Prioritize across projects to deliver the best outcome for the business.

  • Report project status clearly and regularly to senior leadership.

  • Partner with configuration management, purchasing, engineering, factory, and business ops.

  • Support product transitions from engineering into factory builds.

Qualifications:
 

Required: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on product development.

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience maintaining engineering schedules across concurrent programs.

  • Strong working knowledge of BOM structures at system and unit levels.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive leadership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Desired:

  • Experience transitioning products from engineering into a factory build environment.

  • Background in embedded hardware, RF, SIGINT, or defense electronics.

  • Track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency.

  • Familiarity with configuration management and procurement workflows.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
