The opportunity
Join our Construction & Commissioning Business Transformation team to lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational change. In this role, you will act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping transformation projects that impact the future of our operations.
How you’ll make an impact
Represent C&C in transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication with management.
Support C&C management with the definition and follow-up of the C&C targets, including the periodical reporting.
Oversee and support multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
Coordinate with executive sponsors, department leads, and external consultants for alignment and smooth collaboration.
Identify and propose new initiatives aligned with business needs.
Prepare and deliver reports and materials for HVDC, program management, and global C&C community meetings.
Coordinate an efficient internal resource allocation and assign responsibilities across project teams.
Facilitate change management processes to enable adoption of new systems and processes.
Your background
Master’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
Min. 3 years experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Business fluent in English
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under pressure.
Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
