Role Responsibilities:

·       Manages programs in Innovation and Brand Change to support new to world growth, supply and operations and productivity projects

·       Project Budget management, from creation, tracking, implementation to closing project within forecasted expenses.

·       The role specifically delivers wide ranging deep technical support to Mexico Supply Chain.

·       Provides creative solutions to commercialization challenges within complex timelines

·       Builds great relationships within stakeholders in Supply, Demand, Data, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Innovation and Marketing in order to deliver Innovation/Renovation Pipeline

·       Utilizes strong project management skills to develop and manage project timelines, addresses technical and resourcing challenges and ensures risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and executed for each project.

·       Conducts the technical development/due diligence of packaging components, inclusive of creation/routing/approval of any/all package specifications.

·       Provides Supply input and commercial grounding during project development phases(including sustainability point of view), driving resolution of commercialization hurdles that may arise and managing regular project communications to Supply and Demand project sponsors, Technical Operations and the broader Supply community

·       Structured thinking and follow up to different actions that allow markets extensions/supply and Opps projects

Experience / skills required:

·       University degree required in a Technical Discipline. 

·       English & Spanish required.

·       3+ years of experience in product development and change, operations and scientific services, preferably in the beverage/alcohol business or CPG companies.

·       Packaging knowledge is nice to have

·       Strong business acumen, interpersonal and influencing skills.

·       Consumer Packaging/manufacturing experience required.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Computer literate: MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Excellent data management. SAP.

·       Planview and Gateway tools management
