Project Manager  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). This role emphasizes agile project management practices and is responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do  

  • Lead project management for complex, multichannel marketing campaigns and cross-functional enterprise initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively manage dependencies and milestones.

  • Facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and momentum.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, action items, risks, and decisions; ensure accessibility via project management platforms.

  • Track and monitor progress, status, reviews, approvals, and budgets; provide stakeholders with accurate updates and alerts for potential risks or delays.

  • Administer and support project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Confluence), troubleshoot issues, and onboard new users to ensure effective utilization.

  • Maintain and refine standardized project management templates, toolkits, and processes to promote consistency and best practices across the organization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of deliverables.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze project data to generate dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for leadership review.

  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and supporting professional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and confidentiality requirements throughout all project phases.

 

What you'll need  

  • Advanced knowledge and ability practicing the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of project management.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

  • Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex conversations with stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative style with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and across departments.

  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to build commitment and achieve win-win outcomes.

  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding sensitive information.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike and Jira) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.

  • Adept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plans.

  • Experience coordinating with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project assets.

  • Ability to absorb feedback, learn quickly, and continually grow technical and professional skillsets.

 

Relevant qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive project management experience.

  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices, including facilitating ceremonies and managing backlogs.

  • Well versed in hybrid project management methodologies (Agile + Waterfall).

  • Highly proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Wrike.

 

Preferred education and experience  

  • Certifications including PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Expert in implementation, automation, and management of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).

  • Experience working across multiple disciplines, such as marketing, data and analytics, technology and operations.
