💰 up to £50,000 pro rata depending on skills and experience
📍 Warminster with some flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week

Step into a pivotal role within the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) Early Works Risk Reduction (EWRR) Programme—a high-profile initiative at the heart of modern military training. This programme operates in a dynamic, technically complex environment with multiple stakeholders, making it both challenging and rewarding.

We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead two critical workstreams: Scheduling and Service Requirements Analysis. In this role, you’ll be the central hub for integration—aligning deliverables across the Authority, specialist suppliers, and the ACTS Omnia consortium.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager and supported by a Technical Project Manager, you’ll need a powerful mix of project leadership, stakeholder diplomacy, and technical coordination. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at turning complexity into clarity, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Project Manager responsible for two critical workstreams: Scheduling and Analysing Service Requirements.
  • Act as the main coordination point between the Authority, specialist suppliers, and the Army Collective Training consortium
  • Translate programme objectives into actionable plans and ensure seamless delivery of software and service components.

What we’re looking for

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with relevant qualifications (PRINCE 2 or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, preferably in a technical or service delivery environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Prior military service or experience supporting military training programs.
  • Proven experience in training analysis or program development within a defence or security environment.
