The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the Animal Health – Information Technology (Enterprise Performance Management) portfolio. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, drives cross-functional collaboration, and supports the delivery of technical capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Collaborate with business owners, architects, and technical teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and lifecycle management standards.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Maintain project documentation using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Qualifications
Required:
3–5 years of project management experience in IT or related fields.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
Preferred:
PMP or equivalent certification.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, animal health).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
SAP experience is a plus.
