Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and supervising the completion of projects related to company goals that include cross-functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT and technology — with a strong focus on acquisition, channel entry, and onboarding in new markets.
You will be responsible for:
- Management and execution of the selected projects and activities with focus on delivery of project priorities and KPIs
- Accountability for understanding project objectives, project history, project areas, requirements and important aspects of the project in a business and technology context. Coordination of process leading towards regular update of related Programs.
- Ensuring that no important aspect of projects in responsibility is overlooked and that all necessary incremental steps are met in time to avoid delays or later “surprises” in relation to overall results.
- Lead end -to – end setup of new legal entities in target markets, coordination of legal aspects, financial setup, operational and IT readiness.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing documentation, tracking open items, and managing project timelines across legal, commercial, and technical workstreams.including coordination of integrations, systems implementation and infrastructure readiness.
- Manage partner integration milestones and coordinate go-live activities in new markets across internal and external stakeholders.
- Track partner readiness criteria (legal, technical, commercial) and flag blockers proactively.
- Assembling project team, coordinating assigned responsibilities across partner and internal teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing time schedules
- Detailed overview, schedule, budget and design constraints
- Making decisions about analysis, design; and solving problems; and, when necessary, providing alternative methods for achieving goals
- Cooperation with Program owners, Program managers and Project Managers from different divisions
- Supervise the technical and organizational management and the financial aspects of the project to comply with the established time frames and financial limits.
- Identify and manage changes and risks throughout the duration of the project.
- Regularly inform interested parties, management, customer/contractor about the development, important milestones and KPIs of the Project
- Overview and understanding of KPIs and ability to suggest ways to measure and evaluate them
- Proposing optimization of existing processes and systems and actively participating in their implementation
- Manage relationships and communication with external suppliers and partner organizations
- You will be a point of contact for stakeholders and user groups, including external partner representatives
Our requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Sound experience with change requests handling, project charters, project log, risk register and lessons learned creation, stakeholder management, scope creep, cost management, (remote) team management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred but not required if compensated by experience
- Project management related trainings/certifications are required (IPMA C / Prince2 / Prince2 Agile / Kanban/PMI)
- Experience with partner/channel programs, OEM, white-label, or distribution business models is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or vendor/partner onboarding processes
- Advanced English – B2
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira/Confluence/Mural
- General IT terminology understanding (nice to have; role is primarily business/commercial-focused)
- Good understanding of business strategy and ability to review and evaluate project requirements against them
- Strategic and big picture thinking
- Systematic and structured approach
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Hybrid project delivery environment is an advantage
Note: This position is a maternity leave cover; however, we do not exclude the possibility of further continuation of the cooperation
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 800 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate
