Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This professional will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end project delivery, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and engaging senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Strong execution capabilities with strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, situation walls and reports, adjusting proactively when needed.
- Ensure structured governance, documentation, and reporting practices.
- Act as point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts when priorities compete.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing clear status updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks early and continuously.
- Manage cross-team and cross-system dependencies to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
- Develop contingency plans and drive decision-making when trade-offs are required.
- Own and monitor project timelines with a strong focus on predictability and accountability.
- Proactively escalate blockers and ensure quick resolution.
- Balance speed and quality while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Operate with high ownership.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and take preventive action.
- Drive momentum in ambiguous or evolving environments.
What you'll need:
- Experience in technology project management.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
- Strong experience managing dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and ensure delivery without constant oversight.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Solid experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Product, UX, Data, Operations, etc.).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
