Project Manager - 12 month FTC

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Strategic Change team here at Flutter UKI. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will lead, oversee and manage one or more large-scale initiatives that align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable benefits across our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions.

Acting as a bridge between cross-functional teams, you will ensure project goals are clearly defined, risks are well managed, and delivery is achieved efficiently to support key business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise-level transformation projects, engaging senior leaders and operating confidently within complex and fast paced organisations. You’ll promote transparency, accountability and alignment across teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution and governance of large-scale projects, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, time and budget commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams, providing clarity, alignment and direction to drive successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and plans that support strategic business priorities and measurable benefits.
  • Provide structured, insightful reporting and updates to senior leadership, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, decisions and required actions.
  • Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, engagement and collaboration at all levels.

How you’ll do it

  • Significant experience managing complex projects or programmes, ideally within large, multi-brand or global organisations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and align stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and risk-management capabilities, with sound judgement and proactive decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change and create clarity when working in ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise work, make decisions informed by business and customer impact, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience engaging senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability and project outcomes
