Essential Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of complex, high-visibility projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer commitments.
Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Service, Product, and OTR leadership, bringing the PMI perspective into commercial and operational strategies.
Champion execution rigor through Daily Management Systems, milestone management, and lean methodologies, ensuring predictable outcomes and productivity.
Serve as an escalation point for critical issues, removing barriers and enabling timely decision-making.
Cultivate strong customer relationships at senior levels, driving customer confidence and loyalty.
Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline by mentoring PMs, identifying high-potential talent, and preparing future leaders.
Drive continuous improvement and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen competitive advantage.
Standardize processes for construction and installation cost control.
Supervise and support a team of Project Managers, reinforcing adherence to standard work, safety, and compliance requirements.
Provide first-line leadership in resolving operational challenges and escalating issues appropriately.
Foster a culture of discipline through Daily Management Systems, milestone management, and consistent reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, OTR, and Design teams to support seamless project handovers.
Engage with customers to ensure responsiveness and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying practical opportunities to simplify tasks and reduce delays.
Actively develop leadership skills, learning to coach, motivate, and energize early-career PMs.

Qualifications/Requirements
10+ years of project management/installation experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Strong technical background in site planning, design, and installation.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
