The Visual & AI Content team is on a mission to transform how travelers experience hotel imagery. We're dedicated to providing compliant, accurate, and relevant visual content that builds trust with millions of users worldwide. As Project Management Support, you'll be at the heart of coordinating projects between our data scientists, backend engineers, product managers, and external vendors, ensuring quality standards are met and timelines are achieved.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Coordinate and support project management activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor project quality by ensuring compliance with visual content guidelines and providing ongoing feedback
• Track project goals, deliverables, and timelines to keep initiatives on schedule and aligned with team objectives
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as a reliable point of contact
• Analyze and visualize data to extract meaningful business insights that inform decision-making
• Plan, execute, and monitor technical and non-technical projects according to the evolving needs of the team

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a lively, multicultural environment
• Currently enrolled as a student in Germany with the ability to work 20 hours per week for at least a year
• Fluent English (our company language)

Stand out with:

• 1 year experience in the fields of Project Management, Data Analytics or a similar role-relevant field
• An educational background in Business, Computer/Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics or another role-relevant subject
• Experience in an object-oriented programming language (preferably Python).
• Experience with SQL and writing queries
• Hands-on experience with using LLMs and other AI tools to increase productivity
