As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many of our clients' programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client strategic programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review key deliverables and help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and other program management tools to inform key client stakeholders.

You Have:
Experience applying analytic methodologies to identify improvement areas and providing recommendations on how to execute said areas
Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering
Ability to collect requirements, develop, and brief key strategy discussions to senior leaders
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a Communications or Public Relations field
Professional Program Management Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing needs assessments for large-scale projects
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
