Job Summary

Driven PM bridging business needs with IT to deliver seamless, end-to-end Smart Home projects.

Job Description

• Project management and manage end-to-end implementation with IT and cross-functional

• Assist in develop business requirement, conceptualization and use cases, Proof of concept (POC)

• Platform - Product - Package Development (business requirements submit to IT department, PLM (product lifecycle management) etc)

• Co-ordinate with IT and tech solutions for project implementation

• Customer Journey and lifecycle management

• Process and operation management

• Customer support & handling

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science Engineering or related fields.

• 7+ years of experiences in business development, product creation, project management, project planning or similar roles.

• Strong project management skills with ability to transform business requirement for IT development

• Strong problem solving skill

• Experience in Smart Home product development will be a plus

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management software).

• Self-driven individual with a strong willing to learn and can do attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and cross-functional

• Result driven and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
