We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Project Management Office Leader to join our team in US, UK, or Ireland. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all large-scale customer implementations—spanning hardware, software, managed services transitions, and operational takeovers—are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope across multiple regions and vendor ecosystems, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals. As part of the Global AMS Solutions team, you will combine strategic leadership with operational rigor. You will be accountable for establishing and continuously improving the project management framework, tools, and methodologies that enable consistent, high-quality delivery of complex, multi-party programs worldwide.

Location (s): Dublin, Ireland (hybrid) or UK (remote)

Reporting & Team Structure: Reports to VP, AMS Solutions Development; manages an international team of Project Managers and Implementation Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the PMO vision, aligning project delivery to Brink’s AMS strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of 6+ Project Managers and Implementation Leaders, fostering capability growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including Brink’s Atm Managed Services line of business, regional and local Brink’s country operations to ensure alignment of priorities, resourcing, and execution excellence.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for program delivery challenges across geographies.

Delivery Oversight

  • Govern all major AMS implementation programs—often involving 3–4 major vendors, multiple countries, and cross-functional teams (hardware, software, logistics, service operations).
  • Ensure disciplined management of project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
  • Implement consistent reporting standards, dashboards, and KPIs across all projects for executive visibility and decision support.
  • Oversee the transition of projects from delivery to steady-state operations, ensuring full handover and performance continuity.

Framework and Methodology Development

  • Enhance Brink’s global PM framework to ensure a unified, scalable methodology suitable for complex, multi-vendor AMS projects.
  • Enhance existing standardized documentation, change control, governance models, and risk frameworks.
  • Enhance tools and templates that enhance predictability and transparency (e.g., global PMO playbook, RAID registers, resource forecasting).
  • Develop financial tracking tools for project delivery.
  • Embed lessons learned and post-implementation reviews into the organization’s continuous-improvement cycle.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary governance interface with client executives, vendor PMOs, and internal leadership.
  • Support bid and pre-sales efforts by providing delivery risk assessments, timeline modeling, and resource planning inputs.
  • Drive accountability and collaboration across vendors (ATM OEMs, software partners, deployment firms, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution.

Capability and Governance

  • Build a culture of disciplined project management, stakeholder communication, and outcome orientation.
  • Define PM career paths, competencies, and development plans within AMS.
  • Chair regular governance forums and program reviews at both executive and operational levels.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of project/program management experience, including at least 3 years leading a PMO or equivalent function
  • Experience in a complex, multinational environment is a plus
  • Proven track record in large-scale technology or managed-services implementations—preferably in financial services, ATM/Payments, or related industries
  • Experience managing multi-vendor project portfolios.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed and flexibility to work accross different timezonea.
