The Project Management Lead will support the Enterprise Risk Operations and Transformation team within Enterprise Risk advancing the modernization, integration, and execution of the company’s enterprise risk management strategy. Our Impact

The Enterprise Risk Management department oversees all enterprise risk activities and operations. This department within Enterprise Risk consolidates functions and activities central to managing the overall risk of the enterprise. The department is responsible for advancing risk management of aggregate and interrelated risks, while leaders in Financial and Non-Financial Risk (compliance & operational risk) domains provide effective oversight of individual and related risks. This department’s functions include the Enterprise Risk Framework, risk methodology, Enterprise-wide risk systems and implementation of the Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Program; Risk Appetite, limit setting and monitoring, in conjunction with stress testing and capital planning as well as reporting of risk profiles to the board and executive level; Model Risk to manage the risk associated with the pervasive use of models across the enterprise.

Your Impact

  • Support the Enterprise Risk Transformation Director to shape and execute the multi-year transformation roadmap for Enterprise Risk, including modernization of processes, governance, and capabilities
  • Lead project management and change management efforts for numerous workstreams in parallel and responsible for making both strategic and daily decisions for each project  
  • Execute key project activities such as business case development, project scope and schedules, budgets, business requirements, issues and risks, and communications 
  • Lead requirements and design discussions with project stakeholders; coordinate input from various partners during development and solution design to support advancing the project vision
  • Work on projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational and project objectives  
  • Determine requirements for current and future projects by conducting research into industry standards and best practices 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 8+ years of product / project management experience or in an operational function managing a production or client testing environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings, develop materials and deliver presentations to various levels of project partners
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including use of project management tools and AI
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment against tight deadlines
  • Effective change management skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage large-scale projects 
  • Knowledge and experience in risk management and/or organizational transformation is preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $127,000 - $191,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
