The Project Management Intern will assist in coordinating project milestones, maintaining trackers and dashboards, and supporting daily reporting to management while gaining valuable exposure to enterprise delivery operations. This role also provides the opportunity to contribute to live enterprise projects and support process improvement initiatives across the PMO function.
What are you accountable for?
Assist project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports to ensure visibility of progress.
Monitor progress against plan and flag potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
Consolidate data from multiple teams into central trackers and perform basic data validation.
Prepare summary reports and simple dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
Support daily or weekly project review preparation and documentation.
Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and vendors, tracking action items to closure.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and version control.
Value-Add Project
Support process standardization and performance tracking initiatives within the PMO, contributing to improved project visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across enterprise deliveries.
Who are we looking for?
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization) and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to project management concepts, dashboards, or reporting tools is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Internship duration: 3 – 6 months.
