***This position is for a Construction Project Coordinator and can be based out of Calgary, Montreal, or Toronto***

About the role


As the Construction Project Coordinator supporting the Project Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative and interpersonal support and become part of our active and growing team.  You thrive in maintaining excellent records, including processing invoices,  coordinating meetings, and helping coordinate project proposals and information. You are a true teammate and thrive on paying attention to detail. 

  • You proactively complete administrative duties seamlessly, navigating shifting priorities throughout the day.

  • Respond to general day-to-day inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and redirect specific issues to the appropriate team member for action and resolution.

  • You are able to support the needs of the group while working autonomously.

  • You can grow your role within the business by efficiently completing your duties, giving you time to take on new responsibilities.

  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, cashflows, risk registers, and monthly reporting packages.

  • Coordinate documents and approvals (contracts, invoices, compliance, closeout) and ensure audit-ready records.

  • Support invoice reviews, reconciliation, and financial workflows in Yardi/CLM.

  • Liaise with PMs, Accounting, vendors, and Property teams to support accurate execution and closeout.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.

  • Sophisticated Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Sophisticated Yardi and Procure skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working within a real estate environment.

  • Experience working within a professional services environment.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $67, 055 - $85,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
