What you will do
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and support production campaigns
Process change requests and deviations under GMP
Support customer audits and authority inspections
Calculate and monitor QC costs for assigned projects
Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule tasks independently
What we are looking for
PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological GMP environment and in Quality Control is beneficial
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently while working with diverse collaborators
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient use of common software applications (MS Office); knowledge of Documentum, LIMS, or TrackWise is an advantage
Proficiency in English; basic German skills (B1) with motivation to improve quickly (free language courses available)
