Role Overview
As a Project Leader, responsible for leading a team of project leaders to ensure successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, cost, and quality requirements. The role focuses on strong project governance, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent and controlled project outcomes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of project leaders to achieve project goals
Define and manage overall project plans in alignment with stakeholders and management
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and according to agreed targets
Monitor project progress, provide clear reporting, and escalate issues when necessary
Manage project changes through proper change management processes
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks (technical, cost, schedule, and quality)
Build and allocate resources to form an effective and high-performing project team
Provide operational guidance, leadership, and conflict resolution within the team
Ensure compliance with quality standards, including IATF 16949 requirements
Support IATF audits and related preparations
Collaborate with Finance on DFPC (Die Free Package Cost) and cost planning
Continuously drive improvement, efficiency, and innovation in project execution
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
At least 6 + years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
Strong project management and leadership experience
Knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing workflows
Experience in risk management and problem-solving in complex projects
Familiarity with quality systems, especially IATF 16949
Experience in PFMEA and manufacturing quality tools
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong leadership mindset: results-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
