Project Lead

We are seeking a versatile Project Lead to manage the delivery for AML & Bridger initiatives. This role combines project management, handson business analysis, and SQLbased data validation. You’ll coordinate across business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure clear requirements, timely delivery, and productionready solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan and manage project scope, timeline, risks, issues, and dependencies, drive status reporting and stakeholder communication for AML & Bridger deliveries.
  • Coordinate crossteam activities (business, development, infrastructure, vendor) to achieve milestones and production readiness.

Business Analysis with SQL:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for AML & Bridger use cases.
  • Perform handson data analysis and validation using SQL to support requirements clarification, test case definition, UAT support, and defect triage.

Infrastructure Oversight:

  • Provide light oversight/coordination on infra topics (e.g., server setup, firewall rules, monitoring), collaborating with Infra/ETS/vendor teams to unblock delivery. ​​

Required Qualifications:

  • Seniorlevel contributor with proven project delivery in IT; comfortable balancing PM duties with handson BA/SQL work and coordinating infra tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project management (planning, RAID, stakeholder communication)
  • Solid business analysis capabilities with strong SQL for data exploration/validation
  • Familiarity with infrastructure topics (server setup, FW, monitoring)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams; excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Mindset characterized by ownership, structured problemsolving, and delivery focus.
