The Opportunity:
As an Integrator on our team, you will manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program. You will ensure projects stay on course by tracking progress, anticipating needs, and facilitating communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customers. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Support program business and functional operations.
• Facilitate the resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers.
• Manage project schedules and on-site processes for project integrators.
• Ensure excellent oral and written communication.
• Communicate effectively at multiple levels, from senior leadership to installation teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of project initiation and tailoring.
• 5+ years of experience tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
• 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking.
• 5+ years of experience managing systems or software delivery programs.
• Experience with program management, readiness reviews, and governance boards.
• Experience conducting technical exchange meetings.
• Experience working in team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Excellent communication and briefing skills.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to integrate across large, complex organizations.
• Typically holds a University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
Desired:
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$73,800 - $155,100
