For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:
Project Engineer (m/f)
(Fulltime | 40 hours)
As a Project Engineer you are responsible for the (technical) realisation of our Marine and/or Powergen projects contracted by the sales department. You coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders, the required application technology in order to achieve the desired project results. You report to the Team Leader Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Act as key contact for customers; Analyse customer needs during the (pre-)sales process and acquire the right information in order to provide tailored advice.
Provide technical advice to internal and external customers during the pre-sales process.
Manage the project planning from start to finish; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about the project delivery.
Create technical and functional specifications of applications and peripheral systems.
Safeguard technical quality of each project in line with the company standards.
Meet with external stakeholders during the complete phase of the project.
Liaise with Service Department during the test/commissioning phase of the project
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in technical related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project role, preferably in a comparable environment
Familiarity with automation and control systems
Familiarity with diesel engine technology
Preferably experience (eg. relevant training certificates) in performing specified technical tasks such as vibration analysis, FMEA, and designing piping and mechanical systems (3D).
Excellent reporting skills in English (Minimum B2 Level), Fluency in Dutch is welcome.
Excellent problem resolution skills and ability to manage work efficiently.
